Family Support Worker job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Support Worker to join our team at Djanogly City Academy.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our pastoral team. This rewarding role focuses on supporting vulnerable scholars and their families, helping to remove barriers to learning and ensuring that every scholar has the opportunity to thrive both academically and personally.
Working closely with scholars, parents/carers, academy staff and external agencies, you will provide targeted support to families, promote positive engagement with the academy and help improve outcomes for our scholars.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting children, young people and their families. The successful candidate will have the ability to build positive, trusting relationships and work effectively with scholars, parents, staff and external agencies to help overcome barriers to learning and engagement.
