Family Support Worker job summary

Grade 8 £23,250 to £25,128 per annum pro rata 30 hours per week, 42 weeks per year Days per week to be negotiated Temporary for three years – linked to external funding This role supports the engagement and well-being of children and young people at home and in school to enable them to reach their full potential. The role will be based at Lady Manners School but will include working with our partner Primary Schools and their pupils/families so the ability to travel is essential. You will work closely with school staff, partner agencies, children/young people and their families to develop action plans which tackle identified need and achieve lasting change. The role will also involve undertaking Early Help assessments and acting as the Lead Professional where necessary. You will be fully supported by our experienced Student and Family Support Manager. Actual salary is £17,387 to £18,791 per annum.
