What skills and experience we're looking for
This is a pivotal role within our federation, responsible for leading and coordinating HR administration and people processes across both schools.
Working closely with the Executive Principal, school leaders and the Trust HR team, you will ensure statutory compliance, support recruitment and employee relations processes, maintain accurate personnel records and oversee safer recruitment procedures.
You will also provide leadership to the Federation Administrative Team, helping to develop effective systems, high service standards and a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Priorities:-
Deliver compliant and efficient HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Ensure safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements are met.
Maintain accurate personnel records, HR systems and the Single Central Record.
Support staff wellbeing, attendance management and employee relations processes.
Lead and develop the Federation Administrative Team.
Drive high-quality administrative services across the federation.
