Finance & Administration Officer – Scale 5

37 hours per week | Term Time plus 2 weeks (41 weeks)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day financial processes – purchase orders, invoices and transactions
  • Supporting budget monitoring and financial reporting
  • Administering school trips and ParentPay systems
  • Maintaining contracts, records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Providing high-quality administrative support across school operations
