Hours of work: 15 to 36 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
Location: Wickham Common Primary School, Gates Green Road, Coney Hall, West Wickham, Bromley, BR4 9DG
Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is seeking a reliable and organised Finance Assistant to provide high-quality financial administration support across the Trust. Working closely with the Finance Managers and Head of Finance, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting effective budget management for our schools.
Key responsibilities include processing invoices and payments, managing accounts receivable and payable, maintaining records on the Trust’s finance system, supporting monthly financial processes such as reconciliations and VAT returns, and responding to finance-related queries from schools and external stakeholders. You will also assist with audit preparation and ensure all financial documentation is securely and consistently maintained.
We are looking for someone with strong administrative and IT skills, a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, and the ability to work accurately, independently and as part of a team. Experience in a finance or school environment is desirable but not essential.
