Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a talented individual to provide an exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders. As a key member of our school’s business support team, your expertise will help to deliver an outstanding learning environment for our young people.
The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.
You will have:
- A degree qualification or equivalent.
- Financial administration within a school setting.
- Experience of working in a financial role.
- Ability to use management information systems; and be able to transfer the experience of using one system to another similar system if needs be.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of people.

Eden Girls' Leadership Academy, Birmingham is a secondary school for 11 to 16 year old girls which opened in September 2019 and we were graded as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted during our first inspection in February 2024. The school has a Muslim faith designation, welcoming applications from pupils of all faiths and none. Like all Star schools, it will have a leadership specialism.
