Vacancy for Finance Officer
Salary: Meridian Trust Support, Grade 7 Points 12-19
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 8.00am - 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm, 40 weeks per year (term time + 2 weeks)
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our friendly team as a Finance Officer. This role will assist the Trust Accountant in supporting, processing, and preparing accounting data for the training organisations within the Trust. This is a dynamic role with responsibility for a variety of tasks from monthly supplier payments and payroll administration to reconciliation of the balance sheet and plenty more between.

- The ideal candidate
- Experience working in an administrative or accounting environment.
- Must have a full valid driving license and access to their own means of transport.
- Have a working knowledge of accounts payable/receivable in conjunction with PSF or equivalent accounting software.
- Possess the ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines effectively whilst maintaining high attention to detail.
