Pinewood School has a vacancy for a Family Liaison/Safeguarding Officer with a strong ethos in family liaison and safeguarding to support our students and parents and carers within the school.

We cater to approximately 210 pupils in School Years 7 to 11, all of whom have Education, Health, and Care Plans. Our students face a range of learning difficulties, autism, and speech, language, and communication needs. Your expertise will help them develop the confidence and independence they need to thrive in the community.

Pinewood is a SEND Secondary School in Ware, Hertfordshire which provides education for students with a range of needs including Autism, Down’s Syndrome and other conditions that result in a developmental delay. We cater for roughly 210 pupils in School, years 7 to 11.
