Are you a creative, highly organised, and practically minded individual looking for a varied technician role? We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & DT:Textiles Technician to join our dynamic Design Technology department. This is a vital operational role where your technical skills will directly support the smooth running of both our food preparation and textiles spaces. In this role, you will be the backbone of the classroom environment. On the food side, you will manage daily kitchen audits, track department budgets, order stock, and handle essential hygiene tasks. From daily setup to termly deep cleans. In the textiles area, you will maintain sewing machines, prepare fabrics, and help bring creative displays to life.

The ideal candidate has practical knowledge of baking, cooking techniques, and basic textile construction. Holds a strong awareness of food hygiene, safety, and allergen considerations. Possesses excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage accounts and food ordering. Is a dedicated team player who is fully supportive of our school's Church of England ethos. Is excited by a diverse workload, with a flexible approach.
