Inclusive Teaching Expertise – You can plan and deliver creative, learner-centred sessions that engage and challenge students with a range of needs and abilities.

Adaptability and Differentiation – You know how to tailor your approach, resources, and communication style to meet individual learning styles, EHCP targets, and support plans.

Strong Literacy and Numeracy – Confident in embedding Functional Skills in English and Maths up to Level 1, with the ability to make them relevant and accessible.

Excellent Communication – You can build positive relationships with learners, families, support staff, and external professionals, and you communicate with clarity and empathy.

Teamwork and Collaboration – You work well in a multi-disciplinary environment, valuing the contributions of support staff and colleagues to maximise learner progress.

Pastoral Awareness – You understand the emotional and social development needs of young people with SEND and can provide nurturing, person-centred support.

Organisation and Time Management – You manage your workload efficiently, meeting deadlines for planning, assessment, and reporting with attention to detail.
