We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative teacher to join the English Faculty in our successful, selective girls’ grammar school, which consistently achieves excellent outcomes. The successful candidate will be able to teach to both A Level and GCSE standard. The desire to be involved in curriculum developments within the English Faculty is essential, along with a willingness to participate in extra-curricular activities and to contribute to the wider life of our school community.
KGGS is an outstanding selective academy of 1202 students where the focus in the classroom is on teaching and learning whilst developing both students and staff alike. The English Faculty is a thriving and highly successful department, with a friendly and collaborative approach.

In 2019 Kesteven and Grantham Girls' School achieved some of its best ever results with 91% of our students achieving 5+ in both English and Mathematics, a progress 8 score of 0.92 and an attainment 8 score of 7.0. The school has a large sixth form of approximately 320 students with an average A-level grade of B- achieved in 2019.
