We are looking to appoint an outstanding, innovative and inspiring practitioner to join our team of committed teaching professionals at Tor Bridge High.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing KS3 Science, helping to drive forward standards of teaching and learning to ensure the greatest success for all our students. This post would suit an ambitious colleague who is ready to step up into a leadership role and be a key member of a highly rated and successful Science team.

You will need to be a good team player, looking for a key leadership role in a well led, organised and resourced Science department. You will have responsibility for developing a clear and ambitious vision for Key Stage 3 Science, focussing on improving the departments subject, pedagogical and content knowledge in order to enhance the teaching of the curriculum.
