This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in the Sixth Form and KS4 working in partnership with the Head of Sixth Form to design, plan and deliver suitable learning experiences that consolidate and transfer skills students have developed throughout their school journey, in preparation for a successful adulthood. We are committed to providing an ambitious, engaging, and personalised curriculum that helps every student flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

The advertised post would suit someone who:

• Has proven experience of delivering and assessing ASDAN, WJEC and NCFE Entry Level and Pre-Entry level qualifications as well as the delivery of Entry Level functional skills.
• Brings creativity, warmth, and resilience to the classroom
• Can work within a class team effectively, inspiring support staff through clear communication and collaborative practice
• Adapts teaching approaches to meet a wide range of learning profiles, communication needs, and sensory requirements
• Has a passion for working with learners to help them achieve their aspirations and potential
  
• Values a multi‑disciplinary approach and works positively with therapists, families, and external professionals
• Is reflective, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development
• Embodies our ethos of high expectations, dignity, and inclusion for every learner
• is confident in supporting a range of behaviours.
