We are delighted to announce a significant new opportunity to join Open Thinking Partnership (OTP) in the role of Future Leaders - Trust-Wide Strategic Leadership.
This is a pivotal, non-school-specific role for an exceptional and inspirational practitioner ready to act as a key agent of change across our MAT of specialist schools currently in Leicestershire.
This role will be what you make it.
The successful candidate will drive systemic excellence and positive outcomes by focusing strategically on one of three critical areas:
Pupil Experience
Parental and Local Stakeholder Engagement
Staff Development
We are seeking a QTS-qualified leader with proven experience in supporting students with diverse needs and successfully leading complex, cross-school development projects. The role requires a strong focus on research-informed decision-making and accountability.

Interviews: Week commencing 23rd February 2026
