Waingels, a popular 11-18 school where students achieved above national average in all measures and was identified as “continuing to be good” in a recent OFSTED inspection, is seeking to appoint an organised, enthusiastic and professional individual to join our support staff team as a General Administrator and Silent Study Supervisor.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the school while helping to maintain a positive learning environment for students. This varied role combines general administrative support with the supervision of our Silent Study provision, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school while supporting students to develop positive independent study habits.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a positive, flexible approach. Whether you already have experience working within a school or are looking to bring your administrative skills into education, we would love to hear from you.
