We are looking for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school community. As part of a friendly and supportive team, you will play an important role in helping pupils feel safe, included and confident, enabling them to engage in learning and achieve their full potential. You will support learning across the classroom and, where required, provide targeted support, including 1:1 support for pupils with SEND, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote independence, wellbeing and progress.
Working closely with colleagues, you will support children's learning, wellbeing and development both in and out of the classroom. The role also includes Midday Supervisory Assistant duties, helping to create positive, enjoyable and well-supported lunchtime experiences for our pupils.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference, values inclusive practice and enjoys building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. If you are enthusiastic, approachable and committed to helping every child succeed, we would love to hear from you.
