- A skilled professional with a dynamic, engaging and proactive approach to leading interventions
- A Teaching Assistant with a strong understanding of SEND and SEMH, and the complex, evolving needs within any cohort
- Someone with the drive, resilience and ambition to ensure all children achieve their very best, promoting excellence within the class and Key Stage, while contributing expertise across the federation
- A proactive individual with the confidence and determination to support and lead positive change so that all children succeed
- A Teaching Assistant with a passion for primary education who embraces both the rewards and challenges of supporting a mixed-age class
- A Teaching Assistant with a genuine passion and commitment to SEND provision
- A dynamic and proactive individual with a love of personal development and a commitment to their own continuous learning, who embraces change and growth for the benefit of all children

- A reflective practitioner who notices children, responds thoughtfully and contributes ideas, improvements and meaningful interventions
