Governance Administrator job summary
Established in 2014, Waterton Academy Trust has grown in both size and diversity of offer to become a multi-academy trust operating 13 schools, 2 special schools, 4 pre-schools and an independent training provision. Working across the Wakefield and Barnsley areas, we pride ourselves on our innovative approach to partnerships and strategic growth.
During a period of maternity leave, we are seeking to appoint an Administrator who will have a specific focus on Governance. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Governance, as well as the central administration team including the Executive Assistant to ELT. The successful candidate will be responsible for a series of administrative tasks described below, which collectively will enable the smooth and efficient of our Governance department. The post holder will be supported by an established and experienced team, but will have opportunities to have input into the enhancement of systems and processes related to this area of work.
