We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience of supporting children with additional needs, building positive relationships and helping children overcome barriers to learning.

  • Can confidently deliver interventions and support learning with individuals, small groups and whole classes
  • Promotes positive behaviour and supports children's wellbeing and emotional development
  • Works effectively as part of a team whilst showing initiative, flexibility and professionalism
  • Is committed to safeguarding, continual professional development and making a positive difference to children's lives
  • Shares our values of kindness, curiosity and striving to be our best
