We are seeking to appoint a Behaviour & Outreach Manager for the Steps to Success Outreach Service at Whitehouse Pupil Referral Unit.
The primary purpose of this position is to lead the school's behaviour and SEMH outreach service Steps to Success, ensuring that pupils at risk of permanent exclusion from mainstream education receive the necessary support to improve their engagement, behaviour, and overall well-being.
The successful candidate will be based at The Whitehouse but will be required to visit mainstream schools. You will ensure there are appropriate visit schedules, you will maintain records and analyse the quality and quantity of support for mainstream schools, as well as formulating strong links with staff, parents and pupils being supported.
You will be highly organised, with the ability to:
