An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and inspirational Physics specialist to lead and shape A level Physics across a group of high-performing, Ofsted Outstanding sixth form colleges. As Group Subject Lead - Physics, you will provide strategic and academic leadership, driving curriculum coherence, excellence in teaching and assessment, and consistently strong student outcomes across multiple sites. This is a role for a leader who is passionate about Physics education and motivated by the opportunity to influence practice at scale.

Working closely with senior leaders and expert subject colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in shaping curriculum intent and pedagogy, supporting subject teams, and embedding high standards across the group. You will be trusted with the professional autonomy to innovate, supported with the time and structures needed to focus on what makes the greatest difference to students, and empowered to lead sustained improvement in teaching and learning.
