What skills and experience we're looking for
Applications are invited for this key appointment to be part of a team which embraces innovation and creativity
You will be an experienced and qualified SENDCo and be passionate about inspiring children to learn and be supportive of others in sharing best practice and working collaborative with a dedicated and committed team.
You will have:
- experience of working with children with ASD or who have additional learning and behavioural needs
- Be creative, flexible and able to adapt your teaching to respond to individual learners
- Have an understanding ofchildren’s stages of development
- Be able to manage a team
- Be committed to continuing professional development
