Head of Careers (including University Counselling)

We are seeking a Head of Careers to lead our all-through Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) and university counselling provision. This key role combines strategic leadership with hands-on guidance, ensuring every student benefits from meaningful encounters with employers and tailored support for their post-16 and post-18 destinations.

You will oversee our comprehensive careers and university programme, including UCAS and international applications, Oxbridge and medical pathways, apprenticeships and work experience. You will work closely with senior and pastoral leaders, developing a coherent programme that fully meets the Gatsby Benchmarks and supports our students’ aspirations.

We welcome applications from experienced practitioners with a strong understanding of higher education pathways and careers education, and excellent organisational and communication skills.
