What skills and experience we're looking for
- Be an outstanding practitioner with the ability to help lead the further development of teaching, learning and the curriculum within the department
- Have a passion for Computing education, and the ability to communicate this to a wide range of pupils with differing needs and abilities
- Have the ability to motivate and inspire staff and pupils, with a proven track record of excellent results and impact within their current department
- Have the ability to give clear direction in the leadership and teaching of Computing
- Excellent leadership skills in management, organisation, interpersonal and IT skills
- The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Be able to evidence their contribution to raising attainment within their current working environment
