Head of Curriculum Teaching and Learning job summary
This post represents an ideal opportunity for a candidate eager to step into curriculum leadership or to continue their career from an existing leadership role. This post sits within the leadership team of the primary years within the academy and is supported and overseen by the Director of Primary Standards. (The full leadership structure for the primary years is contained within the attached information for candidates.) This post incorporates the operational and strategic leadership of a number of curriculum areas, working under the guidance of an experienced leader. We are seeking a Head of Curriculum Teaching and Learning with the energy and enthusiasm to inspire and develop students and staff in our popular and thriving academy. The post holder will be accountable for the quality of education within the subject areas they are responsible for. The full range of national curriculum subjects is shared across the 3 Heads of Curriculum and Teaching and Learning.
