Head of Design and Technology job summary

The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to lead a successful and thriving Design and Technology Department from September 2021. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of GCSE and KS3 in Product Design and working knowledge of GCSE and KS3 in other areas within Design and Technology. They will also have a strong commitment to high standards of classroom practice and the ability to contribute towards raising student achievement.

Hurstmere School is a popular, non-selective secondary academy for boys aged 11 – 16, serving the local community of Sidcup.
