What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a talented and creative teacher with the ability to lead Drama. This post is to cover a period of maternity leave, starting in January 2025 and ending in August 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy department throughout the curriculum up to A-Level. The successful candidate will be offered the full support a full from an Assistant Headteacher.

The ideal candidate will be an inspiring teacher who is ready to step up and provide professional leadership and management in Drama to secure high-quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all students, but particularly at A-Level.

The main campus for TWGSB is in Tunbridge Wells. However, you will be required to work at other campuses connected to TWGSB.
