What skills and experience we're looking for

Significant leadership experience in estates, facilities management, capital programmes or health and safety.

Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, compliance and risk management.

Experience managing large-scale budgets and capital investment programmes.

Proven strategic planning and project management skills.

Experience leading estates strategies and operational improvement programmes.

Understanding of asset management planning and statutory compliance requirements.

Knowledge of sustainability initiatives, energy management and carbon reduction programmes.

Experience overseeing contractors, facilities compliance and major capital projects.

Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to lead organisational change and develop high-performing teams.

Commitment to service excellence, integrity and continuous improvement.
