At Learn Academies Trust, we believe great schools change lives. As we continue to grow and strengthen our impact across communities, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing and Communications to lead the Trust's brand, communications, stakeholder engagement and marketing strategy.

This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking and ambitious Trust. Working closely with our Executive Team, Headteachers and your own Communications Team, you will shape how we communicate with colleagues, families, communities, partners and prospective schools, ensuring our vision, values and successes are shared with clarity, authenticity and impact.

We are looking for a creative, strategic and collaborative leader who can think big whilst delivering practical results. You will lead Trust-wide marketing and communications activity, strengthen our reputation, support pupil and staff recruitment, promote our professional learning offer and help ensure every stakeholder feels informed, engaged and connected to our mission.

Whether developing high-impact campaigns, advising senior leaders on sensitive communications, leading organisational engagement during periods of change, or championing our brand, you will play a key role in supporting the Trust's continued success and growth.

Work-life balance: This role is offered on a 40-week contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The contract aligns predominantly with school term times, plus two additional weeks worked during school closure periods.
