What skills and experience we're looking for

We are excited and proud to be the first UTC in the UK to specialise in health care and health science. Based in central West Bromwich we aim to provide an outstanding provision for the children we serve. We opened our doors to the first ever year 7 cohort in September 2022 and will continue to do so until we are full. From September 2025 we will have years 7,8, 9, 10,12 and 13. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing school and be able to develop your skills as we grow.

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to create and lead our Mathematics Department. We are looking for a passionate and creative teacher of Mathematics who works well within a team and who will help us on our journey to provide an exceptional educational provision for our pupils and families.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have the ability to teach Mathematics and motivate students across all ability ranges and key stages
  • Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations
  • Have the ability to lead and motivate staff to deliver to the highest standards
