An opportunity has arisen to join a passionate team of staff in a growing Multi Academy Trust.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed Head of Pastoral Support to join a team of dedicated and hardworking staff in a happy, friendly and supportive school.

The Wilnecote School is part of The Community Academies Trust which is a successful, forward-thinking organisation which maintains high expectations of staff and students.
We are seeking a Head of Pastoral Support who will lead and support the operational implementation of our Behaviour Policy and Systems across all year groups, working under the direction of the Assistant Headteacher for Standards. They will be a pivotal role in the behaviour management systems in school for over 900 students, involved in the constant review and development of processes to ensure the system is relevant, consistent and supportive to staff, students and parents.
The successful candidate will have high expectations and a commitment creating strong relationships with students, parents, staff and external agencies. We are seeking passionate and driven individuals with good communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our students and their communities.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills with evidence of grade A*-C in Maths and English at GCSE level and have the ability and confidence to use ICT. Experience of working with children and/or students is desirable and at interview, you will be able to clearly display an affinity to the pastoral care of students in school.
Successful applicants will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with a wide range of people including, parents, teachers, students and support staff.
