We are seeking an inspirational Drama practitioner with the vision, drive, and expertise to lead our Performing Arts provision across the Academy. You will oversee a team of three specialist teachers: this team forms a committed, creative, and ambitious Performing Arts department ready for the next stage of its development.
The successful candidate will lead on curriculum design, raise standards of teaching and learning, and champion a culture where creativity, confidence, and expression thrive across Drama and Music.
You will also have a key role in strengthening enrichment, school productions, showcases, and wider opportunities for students to engage in the performing arts.
