Head of Rugby job summary

The post of Head of Rugby is responsible for the development, direction, leadership and oversight of Rugby Programmes for Ivybridge Community College.

The Head of Rugby is responsible for the coaching of rugby to teams of students at Ivybridge Community College, from the planning, implementation of coaching sessions through to team selection and organisation of matches. This forms part of the specialist Sports Academy provision of Ivybridge Community College which strives to provide excellence, building engagement and participation, and representation at the highest competition levels.

The post is annualised hours, up to a maximum of 1,000 per annum. We would welcome further discussions for candidates applying for the role to explore flexible working opportunities. Exact hours to be finalised as part of recruitment process depending on candidate.

Please note that the advertised salary is based on the full-time equivalent. This will be pro-rata based on the agreed hours for the successful candidate.
