Head of School job summary

We are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Head of School to work alongside our hardworking team at Ethos College.

You will provide exceptional leadership and management of Ethos College including robust and effective line management and development of senior leaders, whilst providing high quality and inclusive education for all our pupils.

You will work in collaboration with the Executive Headteacher, Local Governing Body (APRC) and the Trust Executive Team to set and implement the vision and strategic direction of the school.
