Pelham Primary School is part of the small but aspirational Illuminate Minds Trust. We are looking to recruit a Head of School role for Pelham. reporting directly into the Executive Head Teacher. This role is pivotal in shaping the mission and culture of the school and wider trust. The Head of School will provide leadership to the Pelham team, ensuring that the teaching and learning experience is high quality, stimulating, well-resourced and delivered in a child friendly learning environment. We have a close knit senior leadership team to offer support and collaboration, with the central Trust team office on site at Pelham Primary School. We operate a varied and structured program of continuous professional development as well as individual opportunities for learning and development.

Working with children, young people and their families to promote engagement in learning and a work ethic which will help them secure a positive future
