- Management/leadership qualification at whole Trust level e.g., MA (Ed), MA or other post graduate study
- Experience of leading CPD
- Proven track record in raising standards

We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and inspirational Head of School of Pickhurst Academy with further opportunities to move across the Trust. The successful candidate will be an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of school improvement. You will be able to draw on the central support of the Multi-Academy Trust to help develop a strong ethos and secure the highest standards.
For first time Head of Schools, we can provide close support in the form of mentoring from an experienced Head of School in another Academy within the Chancery Education Trust and a individually tailored Accelerated Head of School Programme designed to prepare you for the role. For existing Headteachers, we can offer opportunities to progress to Executive Headship in the future.
