Head of School job summary

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Head of School at Reach Academy, Batley. The successful candidate will provide exceptional leadership and management at Reach Academy including robust and effective line management and development of senior leaders, whilst providing a high quality and inclusive education for all our pupils.

You will work in collaboration with the Executive Head teacher and the Trust Executive Team to set and implement the vision and strategic direction of the school.

Reach Academy is a well-established pupil referral unit in Kirklees, specialising in supporting Key Stage 3 pupils with wide-ranging Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
