St John Bosco Catholic Primary is a one form entry primary in the heart of West Bromwich, serving a thriving local community and is heavily oversubscribed. The school prides itself in supporting the wider community and in its relationships with the local parish. The Head of School will be someone who will maintain and look to further develop these links through the principals of Catholic Social Teaching.
The school has, for a number of years, ensured that all children achieve their fullest potential at all stages of their education. The committed staff, both teaching and non-teaching, are a significant asset to the school and go above and beyond fort he children in their care.
The new Head of School will have a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with staff and pupils, whilst setting challenging goals that motivate and foster continued improvement.
The successful candidate will possess strong intellectual abilities, first class strategic and communication skills and a track record of whole school leadership.
St John Bosco Catholic Primary is a diverse school with high levels of deprivation; the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong progress with disadvantaged pupils.
