Role Overview:

As the Head of School, reporting to our experienced Executive Headteacher, you'll have a pivotal role in sustaining the momentum of our school's rapid improvement. Your leadership will shape the educational direction, foster a supportive learning environment, and continue to raise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Headteacher to implement strategic plans and educational goals.

  • Lead a team of educators, nurturing a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

  • Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and student outcomes through effective policies and practices.

  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
