We are seeking an innovative and inspirational leader to drive our Sixth Form forward. The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified teacher with current post-16 teaching experience.
• Have a proven track record in leadership, demonstrating measurable impact on student outcomes.
• Be strategic, resilient, and capable of making tough decisions to improve student success.
• Inspire, support, and challenge both staff and students, fostering a high-achievement culture.
• Possess strong skills in pastoral leadership, student transition, and curriculum planning.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisation, ensuring a structured, supportive Sixth Form experience.

As Head of Sixth Form, you will:

• Lead the academic progress, personal development, and pastoral care of Years 12 and 13.
• Oversee attendance, behaviour, and student engagement, ensuring a positive learning culture.
• Work with Subject Leaders to monitor student progress, identify key groups, and implement interventions.
• Promote a strong study culture, preparing students for university, apprenticeships, and employment.
• Set and uphold high standards of behaviour, dress, and professional conduct. Foster strong links with parents, universities, businesses, and the wider community.
• Organise key Sixth Form events, including open days, university briefings, student leadership initiatives, and social events.

Location: Market Rasen, Lincolnshire – a beautiful rural area with affordable housing and easy access to Lincoln.
