- Possess strong skills in pastoral leadership, student transition, and curriculum planning.

Further information about the job
As Head of Sixth Form, you will:
- Lead the academic progress, personal development, and pastoral care of Years 12 and 13.
- Oversee attendance, behaviour, and student engagement, ensuring a positive learning culture.
- Work with Subject Leaders to monitor student progress, identify key groups, and implement interventions.
- Promote a strong study culture, preparing students for university, apprenticeships, and employment.
- Set and uphold high standards of behaviour, dress, and professional conduct. Foster strong links with parents, universities, businesses, and the wider community.
- Organise key Sixth Form events, including open days, university briefings, student leadership initiatives, and social events.
Location: Market Rasen, Lincolnshire – a beautiful rural area with affordable housing and easy access to Lincoln.
The interview date is Monday 17th March 2025, however, we reserve the right to interview and appoint before the closing date.
