  • Will be responsible for the pastoral welfare of the students within yourYear Group. You will ensure that everyone’s safety, happiness and well-being is at the top of our priorities through the provision of high-quality care, challenge, guidance and support.
  • You will also be responsible for developing a sense of identity within yourYear Group.
  • Encourage and enthuse students to achieve their full potential and are passionate about the development of the whole child.
  • Set high expectations of themselves and others.
