NJC Scale Point 12 to 17 (£28,598 to £31,022 FTE)

Actual Salary £24,690 to £26,782 per annum

About the Role

Your core purpose will be to play a key role in providing care, guidance and support for pupils within your allocated year group.

 

You will help remove barriers to learning; plus provide day to day practical assistance to the leadership team and wider pastoral team in promoting student well-being. 

You will:

·        Deliver support to vulnerable pupils.

·        Assist with behaviour and attendance matters.

·        Liaise confidently with external agencies.

·        Support in the day-to-day management of Academy interventions and support.

·        Keep clear, detailed, and compliant records.
