We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and inspirational individual to join our team as a Head of Year (non-teaching). This is a key pastoral role for someone who embraces our school’s values—fostering a strong and caring community built on three core principles:
Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
Providing enriching opportunities that extend learning beyond the classroom
Preparing pupils for life beyond school by equipping them with essential life skills and relevant learning for both the present and future
The ideal candidate will bring energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for working with young people. You will need to demonstrate the ability to build positive, productive relationships with pupils and their families and play a central role in their academic and personal development.
