What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will be;

    • A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    • Relevant teaching experience in KS3 and KS4.
    • An understanding of pastoral needs of students.

As part of this role, you will;

      • Ensure students are supported in their academic and personal development through out their time at the school.
      • Lead a team of tutors in the delivery of the school’s pastoral provision and academic monitoring programme, ensuring high quality learning experiences within the tutorial programme and high quality support to students.
      • Support the oversight of Student Voice and Student Leadership within your year group.
