What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Headteacher who:
- Has a proven track record of raising pupil attainment across the primary phase in a Senior Leadership position
- Is supportive of SHINE Academies values of Striving in Harmony to Inspire, Nurture and Excel
- Is committed to working closely with other trust senior leaders and their schools
- Will empower and inspire staff, promoting effective teaching and learning, developing the school’s ethos and encouraging innovation
- Will optimise the social and emotional development of children so they can become well rounded, caring individuals
- Will build upon good relationships within the school, across our trust, with parents and in the wider community
- Is committed to excellent safeguarding procedures
