What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Headteacher who:

  • Has a proven track record of raising pupil attainment across the primary phase in a Senior Leadership position
  • Is supportive of SHINE Academies values of Striving in Harmony to Inspire, Nurture and Excel
  • Is committed to working closely with other trust senior leaders and their schools
  • Will empower and inspire staff, promoting effective teaching and learning, developing the school’s ethos and encouraging innovation
  • Will optimise the social and emotional development of children so they can become well rounded, caring individuals
  • Will build upon good relationships within the school, across our trust, with parents and in the wider community
  • Is committed to excellent safeguarding procedures
