Head Teacher job summary

The Head Teacher selected for this role will work with the Executive Head Teacher of Titan Education Trust and line manage the Heads of School at Titan St George’s and Titan Aston Academies, to provide excellent leadership in, achieving Outstanding in our future Ofsted inspections, improving behaviour, attendance, raising achievement and the nurturing of our thriving and unique school community.
The successful applicant will be expected to actively promote our core values of:
High-expectations, Respect, Resilience and Responsibility, Giving New Direction to each child within the Trust’s academies, to continue the journey to Outstanding within our next Ofsted.
