Headteacher job summary

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and aspirational leader for our happy and successful primary school who will work with other Headteachers to contribute to raising standards across the Trust. Our new Headteacher will demonstrate: • Strategic thinking to develop a vision for our school. • Proven leadership and management skills with the effective communication skills to all members of the school community. • Significant experience in improving teaching, learning and assessment so that all pupils are able to thrive.
