We are looking for someone who is:

- An outstanding and nurturing classroom leader who leads by example and supports other colleagues to improve their practice.

- An experienced leader who can effectively lead subject co-ordinators ensuring the highest quality of education.
- Has demonstrated the ability to monitor standards of teaching and learning and provide coaching support leading to positive impact.
