THE ROLE OF THE HEADTEACHER

The Headteacher will:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school
• Contribute to the Wembley Multi Academy Trust Executive Team leadership
• Lead and manage teaching and learning to ensure high standards
• Promote a culture of safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion
• Manage staff performance and professional development
• Oversee the efficient use of resources and budget
• Work closely with governors, the local authority, and external partners
• Represent the school positively within the wider community

This role requires a strong moral purpose, excellent leadership skills, and a clear vision for school improvement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking a Headteacher who:

• Is an experienced school leader with a proven impact on outcomes
• Has a clear and compelling vision for primary education
• Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
• Can inspire, motivate, and support staff and pupils
• Works effectively in partnership with governors, parents, and the community
