Headteacher job summary
Following several years of exemplary leadership, our current Headteacher will be leaving us at the end of the summer term. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build on the strong foundations already in place and take the school forward to its next stage of development.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven record in educational leadership (as a Head, Deputy or Assistant Head) to share our ambition and strategic vision to build upon the OFSTED Good with Outstanding features rating (May 2018).
During her time with us our current Headteacher has built a strong, motivated and dedicated team of teaching and support staff fully committed to ensuring high standards of achievement and equality of opportunity for all.
The successful candidate will be highly aspirational and lead by example with enthusiasm and creativity.
